CCAwireless is pleased to announce our newest property to join our Wireless enabled High-Speed Internet Access Hotel family. This new property is Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel and Trade Center located in Marlborough Ma.
This Royal Plaza Hotel is one of the largest Best Western Hotels in the US located in one of the region's most prevalent technology areas. The hotel is made up of 430 guest rooms including 10 suites. The meeting spaces in the Hotel include 22 function rooms totaling 20,000+ Square feet. Wireless Internet Access is enabled at the Hotel Guest rooms while the Hotels meetings spaces are CAT5 enabled.
The Hotel also has a separate Building called the Royal Plaza Trade Center with an additional 47,000 square feet of meeting and trade show facilities with 1800 parking spaces. The Royal Plaza Trade center is connected to the Hotel via a building to building bridge using Cisco BR-Series 11mbs dedicated bridge. The users at the Trade Center will be able to connect to the Internet using the wireless connectivity inside the Center. They be routed across the outdoor bridge and finally out through a Cisco BBSM and T1 line at the main Hotel Property.
CCAwireless will provide HSIA with our proven wireless solution platform and the Cisco Infrastructure used at our other Hotels. We expect the project to be completed by October 31, 2002.
