Directions
The Portland Public Library is located
at the corner of Congress and Elm
Streets, across from Monument Square.
From 295, take the Franklin Street Exit
and go to Congress Street. Turn right
on Congress. The 3rd light is Elm Street.
We regret there is no library parking lot.
Please use public lots (2 hrs. free at
Public Market Garage, 1st ½ hour free at
Elm Street Garage). Handicapped
accessible library.
